10 GOLDEN TİPS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR LİFE !

 




In daily life , every people are very busy and don't have enough time to themselves , and then life is becoming more boring because of the same things everyday .''Stress'' is becoming the only problem to face , then . All of this makes people tired , and a tasteless life . 

I tried to write a dairy with useful tips for every people who needs help to fresh ideas , and get relax for some time in this monotonous and stressful life .

Then , let's get started ! :)


1 ) EAT  HEALTHY AND REGULAR FOODS ,TRY DİSHES YOU'VE NEVER EATEN 


Eating healthy food , can makes you both resilient and healthy . Eating Fast-food can cause weakness and fatigue because it raises your blood sugar , your body will starts to store fat which leads to weight gain . So , eating right will do you good both physically and mentally .


2 ) LEARN TO COPE WİTH STRESS 



Stress is the main problem and factor with confront in our daily lives . For this you can do meditation , yoga or breathing exercices ... If you do regularly these exercices then will have a positive impact on your mood and overall life .


3 ) REGULATE YOUR SLEEP 




Another issue affected by stress is sleep . Some people has sleep problems because of stress . Due to the decrease in hormones secreted by our body during sleep , it leads to problems such as anger problems and weight gain . So , getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day improves your mental and physical health .


4 ) TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF 




It is very important to take care of your personal care , to feels good when you look at youself in the mirror . Cleanliness and order can make you feel good . 


5 ) SET A GOAL IN YOUR LİFE 



Find a goal in your life and and move towards that direction . Doing things that motivate you , can improve your quality of life .


6 ) LEARN NEW THINGS 




Try always to learn new things , to improving yourself . Reading books , participate in courses , getting to kmow new cultures ...


7 ) DO SPORT REGULARLY 




Spend at least 30 minutes a day on sport . Running , cycling or running is the best and easiest way to keep your health in mind .


8 ) GET A HOBBY 



Do a hobby that you enjoy doing , so you will both improve yourself and be away from stress .


9 ) BE ENVİRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS 




Always be respectful and sensitive to nature and environment , it will help to the future generations and of course to us too,  to create a suistainable and better life .


10 ) SOCIALISE WITH YOUR COMMUNİTY 




Give and spend time with your loved ones , family and friends . Social connections provide emotional support and makes you feel better !!
